As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our cutting-edge products and solutions. Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring clear product vision, goals, and roadmap alignment with overall business objectives.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to identify market opportunities and guide product decision-making.

• Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and requirements based on customer needs, industry trends, and technical feasibility.

• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

• Work with the engineering team to develop and maintain a scalable product development process, including agile methodologies.

• Drive product launches, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch evaluations to measure success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

• Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations.

• Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that product decisions are backed by data and aligned with customer needs and pain points.

• Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with at least [X] years of experience in a senior product management role.

• Strong track record of successfully launching and managing innovative products throughout their lifecycle.
