Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand product requirements and user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve design concepts.
Translate complex concepts into user-friendly and visually compelling designs.
Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs while maintaining design integrity.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in product design.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging assets and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Advocate for design thinking and user-centered design principles within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product designs.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and user research methodologies.
Familiarity with design systems and ability to create and maintain design libraries.
Strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with motion design and prototyping tools such as After Effects or Principle.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate more effectively with developers.
Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.
