Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to understand the target audience and market trends to develop effective demand generation strategies.

  • Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, leveraging various digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM.

  • Build and manage effective lead generation and nurturing campaigns to capture and convert prospects at different stages of the sales funnel.

  • Optimize marketing automation and lead management processes to ensure seamless and personalized customer journeys.

  • Analyze campaign performance and lead quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to increase conversion rates.

  • Continuously monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall demand generation efforts.

  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with target audiences and supports demand generation initiatives.

  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, best practices, and technologies to drive innovation and achieve a competitive advantage.

  • Manage and maintain the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation platforms, CRM, and other marketing tools.

  • Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and agencies to support demand generation efforts.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience as a Demand Generation Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth.

  • In-depth knowledge of demand generation tactics, including lead nurturing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns.

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for crafting persuasive and compelling marketing messages.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and innovatively to drive results.
